Fresh and Easy crosses the pond into OC

The much hyped UK food-chain made it's official debut today in Anaheim at the corner of Lincoln and Western. The chain, by many accounts, is supposed to be a competitor of Trader Joes. They specialize in everyday household items and ready-to-eat meals available at a very low cost. They are strategically located within neighborhoods, so shoppers don't have to feel like they have to make a trek to a huge mega-store, just to pick up some milk and bread.
