GI JOE

A product of the 80's, I enjoyed the spoils of some of the greatest toys and cartoons of the past 50 years. I had my fair share of Star Wars action figures, Transformers (Optimus and Bumblebee), and Legos, but my real collection, the one I was proud of, was my GI Joes.
When I found out they were filming a live-action movie based upon my favorite toy, needless to say I was skeptical. This picture of Snake-Eyes, however, my have me turning the corner on this. This costume is way cool, and it looks like the director is shepherding a visually accurate interpretation of the franchise. Look for the release of GI Joe in August of 09'
